  • Divide the baby spinach leaves evenly among the tortillas, spreading them out in a single layer.
  • Next, layer the sliced turkey breast, avocado, sweetcorn kernels, tomato, cucumber, and crumbled feta cheese on top of the spinach leaves.
  • Spread a dollop of Greek yoghurt on each wrap for added creaminess.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  • Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly, tucking in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.
  • Grill the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and crispy, with grill marks.
  • Slice the wraps in half diagonally, if desired. Serve like this or with some sriracha mayo.
