SHIPPING & DELIVERY

At Simply Nootropics our goal is to provide you with a fast and reliable delivery service.

We always aim to process and dispatch within 24 hours (weekdays) and partner with the best shipping companies to get your order to you quickly and safely.

The shipping process

Once we receive your order it will be processed by our distribution team. This process can take up to 24 hours and operates Monday - Friday (public holidays excluded). Orders received after 2pm will be processed the following morning (however please allow another couple of days for your order to be processed during promotional activities and sales). Once your order has been processed and has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please ensure you double check your address before confirming your order at checkout, as addresses can not be changed after this if they have been dispatched.

Please manage your order and any changes via the tracking number that is sent in your tracking email. You will receive a tracking number and email as soon as we have dispatched your order.

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your order reaches you in a timely manner, we are unable to accept any liability for delayed delivery caused by any third party. Please also note there can be a delay during Christmas holidays at the depot and customs when there is high shipping volume.

If you’re concerned about the whereabouts of your parcel, please first contact NZ Post, Courier Post (Australia), or DHL (overseas or express to Australia). You will need to quote your tracking number.

Australia Shipping

The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc however our logistics team has spent time to improve delivery times to Australia including having pre-customs clearance.

All products are shipped from our New Zealand warehouse due to restrictions shipping NMN supplements within Australia. 

Free shipping on orders over $40 AUD- A flat rate of $10AUD applies for orders under $40AUD.

Orders take 24 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and typically take between 2-5 working days to deliver. 

All orders will be sent via Courier Select tracked service. 

New Zealand Shipping

The transit times listed below are estimates only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc.

Free shipping on orders over $40- A flat rate of $10 applies for orders under $40.

- South Island target time (after dispatch) – 2 to 3 working days 

- North Island target time (after dispatch) – 1 to 2 working days

Allow extra time for rural deliveries.

All orders will be sent via NZPost tracked service.

Singapore

Free DHL Express international shipping for orders over $100NZD- A flat rate of $20AUD applies for orders under $100NZD.

Other International Destinations

All other international orders are shipped via DHL Express tracked service. 

Shipping will be auto-calculated at checkout based on region.  

Orders take 24 hours to process (Monday – Friday), and between 3-10 working days to deliver depending on the location. This transit time is an estimate only and may be extended by many factors beyond our control, such as Customs & Quarantine processing requirements, flight schedules, etc. 

If your country is not listed in any of the categories below, we do not currently provide a shipping option to your region.

United States - USA - North America Shipping

Free international shipping for orders over $150NZD- A flat rate of $30USD applies for orders under $150NZD.

North America – Canada

Free international shipping for orders over $150NZD- A flat rate of $50AUD applies for orders under $150NZD.

UK 

Free international shipping for orders over £100 - A flat rate of £20 applies for orders under £100.

Asia - Hong Kong, Brunei, Indonesia, Japan, Macao, Malaysia, Maldives, Philippines, South Korea & Taiwan

Free international shipping for orders over $150NZD- A flat rate of $30AUD applies for orders under $150NZD.

Pacific - Cook Islands, Fiji, French Polynesia, New Caledonia, Seychelles, Vanuatu

Free international shipping for orders over $150NZD- A flat rate of $30AUD applies for orders under $150NZD.

Middle East – Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE

Free international shipping for orders over $200NZD- A flat rate of $60AUD applies for orders under $200NZD.

Additional charges for international orders

International orders may attract local customs taxes or duties on arrival to your country. These taxes / duties are required to be paid by the purchaser and are not the responsibility of Simply Nootropics. No refunds will be issued for orders where taxes or duties remain unpaid by the purchaser. Please check with your local customs agency regarding the taxes or duties likely to be charged prior to placing your order. 

Please ensure someone will be available to receive or collect your order if you receive a card to collect / call. We cannot resend product free of charge outside of New Zealand if your order gets returned to us and you will incur another delivery charge.
