This review may not be relevant to you. So here's the context.
I'm male, 70-years, take a comprehensive supplement regimen and do moderate exercise. My litmus for measuring any supplement is to road-test (30-days), then go off (2-weeks) and try to discern if I actually feel different. I'm aware that our bodies are individual and extremely complex. My testing isn't bullet-proof.
I purchased the combo NMN/TMG powders and finished both containers and then went off. I wasn't certain I felt any different after 2-weeks of not being on the combo. But my understanding is that these powders work at a cellular level; I don't really expect to feel my cells changing. But my research into these powders was conclusive. There's an avalanche of evidence claiming these supplements work on the majority of us. So I re-ordered.
What I can say, conclusively, is that after a few days of re-taking the combo, I did notice a difference. For me, it was an improvement in my level of mental sharpness (always welcome). Again, we're all different.
So, I'm continuing with this combo (I don't plan to take one without the other based on what I've researched).
