How does the challenge work?
1. Emails will be sent to you daily, every day at 7am. We delay the first one by 3 days to ensure you have the product in hand and ready for the challenge, so keep an eye out for in your inbox!
2. Make sure you favourite our emails, so they don't get lost in your promotions or junk folder!
3. The challenge will include learning and building out a new daily routine. We will cover areas including:
